Description

The Argos HMR is designed from the ground up with the average outdoorsman in mind. This compact and durable hunting scope is a feature-rich, yet affordable option. 5x and 6x magnification ratios are ideally suited for a wide variety of close and long range hunting. Advanced Fully Multi-Coated lenses paired with clean and concise reticles like an illuminated center-dot crosshair, Mil-Dot, or BDC reticle options for a fool-proof traditional setup.

    Keao Yuen –

    Glass quality is excellent.
    Turrets track accurately and consistently. They are also very tactile and have a pronounced and sharp click with little or no lash.
    Weight is comfortable, and in line with other scopes in the size range.
    General feel of the scope is excellent, especially at this price point, and if you prefer a 1″ tube.

    If there’s one thing I’m not 100% on yet it’s the dot reticle, but that’s mostly because it’s the first I’ve ever used.
    It’s clean, and should work fantastic for hunting, especially in low light and fast action with the illumination. It’s reminiscent of the firedot, or Hellfire Plex reticles. Hope to have more impressions soon.

    I had gone through several scopes on a hard hitting air rifle and it kept destroying them!
    The Argos HMR has stood up to the punishment and is keeping zero.
    Athlon customer service is second to none!
    The staff are friendly and prompt.
