    Just purchased this Cronus 1-6×24 FFP IR MIL optic and mounted it on an Aero light mount on my AR. It is very robust, clear and bright. Great tactile feel in the turrets. Easy to adjust and great illumination with “off” positions between every level of illumination. The reticle makes a great rangefinder. Because of this scope, this has become my new favorite rifle.
    Sighting in was a breeze: I mounted the optic, took two shots at 25 yards – they both went through the same hole with perfect windage and a 4″ low. I adjusted elevation up 6 clicks – Now I’m grouping near center of the target at 100 yards over and over. I’m sure I will tweak it a little more when I have time and set up a longer target but wow what a breeze. Zero stop setting was also easy and built right.
    I am very glad I went with Athlon and now I am listing my other scopes for sale one by one to replace them with more Athlon products. I have found my brand.
